Comparison will kill you if you let it.

We often say don’t compare yourself to others, but the truth is flesh desires it. Remember that you are a child of God. You were made in His image, set a part for His goodness. When we compare our lives to others we are doing our Spirit a disservice, telling our Spirit that God is not good enough and that His plans for us are unworthy. The truth is we all have a path made by the Lord, sometimes we fall off of it, but He allows us to get right back on it blessing us and leading the way. So, follow the path God has for you. Not the path you believe you desire, the path that others are on, or honestly the path you have created for yourself and your own expectations. Remember that only God can judge you, only God knows your fate, so follow the one who knows all and wants the best for you, our Father In Heaven. Accept Jesus and repent of your sins.

Prayer to be Saved: Dear Lord, I come to you right now before we start this prayer asking that you remove all unforgiveness in my heart for I surrender it all to you. God, I pray to you right now asking for the forgiveness of my sins. Lord, I have committed so many sins, experienced so much heartbreak, and have given birth to so much pain. I feel like a burden, Lord Jesus, but as I read your word I know that you see me as righteous through the eyes of Jesus. So I come to you right now, accepting Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior for by his stripes I am now healed. I ask that you protect me Father, heal me Father, and love me, Father, as only you can. Enter my heart, Oh God, and remove the sins of my past, make me new again Father for I repent of my sins and accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I am ready for a change and transformation in my life done by you Father. Protect me, Jesus Christ, for only you can heal, only you can save, and only you can be King, sitteth on the right hand of God, the Father Almighty. Thank you Lord for forgiveness, I am now clean and renewed in Jesus name. Amen.

God bless ❤️

Set apart

As Christians we are supposed to love God, not deny God. We are to love others, not give up our beliefs in God to please others. The world may want you to convert to it’s beliefs but know that God is the only one who saves! Love others, yes, however do not conform to this world to please others or try to fit in. You were set apart.

My last semester of college, I struggled.

In fact my entire college experience felt like a struggle. Getting a degree is not easy. I felt overwhelmed constantly. I felt as though because I was getting this degree for God everything had to not just be right but perfect. Boy was I wrong! The truth is God does not expect us to be perfect, He desires us to be righteous through His Son, our Lord and Savior, Yeshua. Our Risen Messiah tells us that He came for those who know they are sinners, not those who believe they are already righteous. As a graduate I look back and I realize how the enemy use perfectionism as a tactic to make me miserable. I felt as if I had to take a certain amount of classes because I wasn’t working my junior and senior year, and that I had to get perfect or near perfect grades to impress others because I wasn’t working or living on campus. Woo! Let me tell you, living for others will get you no where. My degree was supposed to be for Christ yet instead of receiving it righteously by enjoying it, I desired to live for others opinions of me, often ones I made up on my own of what they thought, and my own vision, that I forgot about God’s vision for me. God desires me to be of joy, purity, and peace, and when you are living for others you joy is taken and you worry, your purity is taken because you stop living for God and begin living a perfectionist lifestyle that you can’t obtain, and your peace is gone as depression, anxiety, and fear set in because you cannot live up to these false standards you or other flesh had made up. It is not worth it. I am here to tell you to take it to the cross, hang it up, and follow Jesus! The Bible tells us to hang our iniquities at the cross! We are to crucify our past selves and RISE WITH JESUS CHRIST! Rise with the King of all Kings and live in His ones blessed children of God. Accept Jesus by repenting, believing, accepting, and living in Jesus Christ, He had already done the rest.

Oh to Sob

I’m not sure who needs to hear this but crying is not a bad thing. Sure, it may not always feel the best – but truly it is a blessing. God wipes will wipe away every tear says the word of God. I am so excited for that moment. To finally be free, to finally be fully Spirit and have a New body in Christ.

“This is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it.” It’s moments like this where life doesn’t seem so bad, knowing that God is coming back for His children however life is still hard.

I often struggle with life, the world, and all that comes with it. But knowing God loves me, accepts me, and actually wants me – knowing how many mistakes I’ve made makes it easier. God bless you all. Remember weeping endures in the night but joy comes in the morning. 🙂

Only God can judge me

I once heard a rumor about a girl.
It was a video of her going around school. She was talked about for this video. My heart ached for her as I did not know her, nor her name, only heard the terrible, gut wrenching, rude, horrific gossip told of her. This reminds me of the woman caught in adultery. I did not know this girl, as much as I did not know the Woman caught in adultery, but what I do know is that Jesus loves them both, and will forgive them both. In fact He forgave the woman after asking the men who wanted to persecute and stone her “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.” Again he stooped down and wrote on the ground. At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there. Jesus straightened up and asked her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?” “No one, sir,” she said. “Then neither do I condemn you,” Jesus declared. “Go now and leave your life of sin.”

I love Jesus. I too have judged, I too have been judged. We have all been this woman, judged. The next time we hear gossip, a rumor, or a lie, let us pray for the one saying it and the one being spoken about. Let’s not also sin by gossiping, but do as Jesus does as love the one who is being talked about and the one doing the talking. I often think about this girl, I do not know her name, however I pray for her and that all her pain heal in Jesus name. Amen.

Let us learn from our mistakes, and remember not to judge others – but to love them, even in adultery, even in sin.

God bless.

1 but Jesus went to the Mount of Olives. 2 At dawn he appeared again in the temple courts, where all the people gathered around him, and he sat down to teach them. 3 The teachers of the law and the Pharisees brought in a woman caught in adultery. They made her stand before the group 4 and said to Jesus, “Teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery. 5 In the Law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now what do you say?” 6 They were using this question as a trap, in order to have a basis for accusing him. But Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with his finger. 7 When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.” 8 Again he stooped down and wrote on the ground. 9 At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there. 10 Jesus straightened up and asked her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?” 11 “No one, sir,” she said. “Then neither do I condemn you,” Jesus declared. “Go now and leave your life of sin.”

Hi Everyone,
God is good! Early this morning God gave me this message, “God is your livelihood.” Often times we stress and are angry at God because we hate how life is going because it’s not in our “plan”. God understands that this anger stems from us hating ourselves and our circumstances. Jonah and the plant (Jonah 4) is a big example of this.

“This change of plans greatly upset Jonah, and he became very angry. So he complained to the Lord about it: “Didn’t I say before I left home that you would do this, Lord ? That is why I ran away to Tarshish! I knew that you are a merciful and compassionate God, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love. You are eager to turn back from destroying people. Just kill me now, Lord ! I’d rather be dead than alive if what I predicted will not happen.” The Lord replied, “Is it right for you to be angry about this?” Then Jonah went out to the east side of the city and made a shelter to sit under as he waited to see what would happen to the city. And the Lord God arranged for a leafy plant to grow there, and soon it spread its broad leaves over Jonah’s head, shading him from the sun. This eased his discomfort, and Jonah was very grateful for the plant. But God also arranged for a worm! The next morning at dawn the worm ate through the stem of the plant so that it withered away. And as the sun grew hot, God arranged for a scorching east wind to blow on Jonah. The sun beat down on his head until he grew faint and wished to die. “Death is certainly better than living like this!” he exclaimed. Then God said to Jonah, “Is it right for you to be angry because the plant died?” “Yes,” Jonah retorted, “even angry enough to die!” Then the Lord said, “You feel sorry about the plant, though you did nothing to put it there. It came quickly and died quickly. But Nineveh has more than 120,000 people living in spiritual darkness, not to mention all the animals. Shouldn’t I feel sorry for such a great city?”” (Jonah 4:1‭-‬11 NLT)

Jonah was upset with God for doing the right thing, and aren’t we always like this? We see others being blessed and we are angry, not seeing what God has provided for us. God saved Jonah from the belly of the big fish, led him to do His will and speak the gospel to sinners and warn them of His plans, yet because of God’s forgiveness towards them Jonah was angry because he felt God ruined his “plans” and made Jonah feel like others would believe what he prophecied was wrong. Jonah didn’t look at the blessing, and often time we don’t either. The people of Nineveh were saved because of God’s mercy. They repented, dressed in mourning clothing, and fasted, praying to God. The Lord forgave them as He forgives you. Never be angry at God’s plans, even if you feel like others don’t deserve forgiveness because Jesus died for all of us to be forgiven just as God gave mercy to the people of Nineveh. Remember that God is perfect, His plans are never wrong even when they don’t line up with yours. Your plans aren’t perfect but God’s is. So trust Him. He brothers and sisters is your Livelihood, not others, your job, your banking account, ONLY GOD.

God bless you all and thank you Lord for this word. ❤️

Love vs. Sin

“Jesus loves you” is not an excuse to sin. Jesus loves us so much that He died for us to be freed from sin. He doesn’t want us to sin against Him, the Holy Spirit, or His Father in heaven. When Jesus died for us that was the greatest act of love to ever be. That a righteous man, both fully God and man, would take on the responsibility of our sins and resurrect giving us life. Only Jesus could die on the cross for us. We are unworthy, but HIS LOVE gives us worthiness. He declares us righteous and goes before our Father before us, allowing us to be righteous to God our Father. Jesus loves us, yes. But that is not an excuse to sin. It is a call to accept Him as your Lord and Savior, to change our old ways and live a new life in Christ Jesus. Thank you Lord for your love, your peace, your grace, and your mercy in Jesus name. Amen. ❤️
