It’s time to Rest.

“Today is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it.”– Negro Spiritual

Today is the day to rest from your worries and sorrows.

A day to give God all the glory. To give God honor and praise.

Today is the day to pray to God, our Father.

It is the day of the Sabbath, where we rest in eternal peace. This is given to us by God when we truly believe in our God the Father, Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, and when we allow the Spirit of God that lives inside us to be nourished by God and his word.

Being a child of God allows our bodies to rest, and his spirit that lives inside of us to pray to the Lord on his special day of the week, the Sabbath.

Today is the day to honor thy mother and father, love thine sister and brother, respect thy neighbor, and not judge your enemies, but to love and pray, for even your enemies need to be loved and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

Yes, “Today is the day that the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it.”

I pray, and I hope you are as well.

May God bless you abundantly,

May you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior with these three simple words.

“Father forgive me”,

I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.

I repent all of my sins to you now Father. To praise you in the midst of trials, storms, and tribulations and love you in all of my good days and bad days.

In Jesus’s Name, Lord, I accept you as my Savior and I thank you Lord for saving my life. I thank you for giving me eternal peace, and eternal life in Heaven with you.
